If an apartment, please also put as much detail as possible, such as the Apartment number, name of building, name of company etc. If the shipping address is incorrect or a delivery not possible after attempts, the mail will be returned to us as “returned back to sender”. In such cases, unfortunately I will have to charge an admin fee of 20% of total value of the order and the partial amount refunded.

~ For ring sizes, please refer to the international sizing chart on the listing.

~ For multiple rings which you want to wear on the same finger, such as stacking rings, please consider to buy the next size than your usual size. For example, if you finger size is a size 6 for 1 ring, you may need a size 7 if you are buying and wearing 3 rings on the same finger.

~ Necklace sizes - Most of my necklace/ pendants comes with an extender chain but for guidance, 16 inches (short neck), 18 inches (medium neck), 20 - 24 inches (larger Neck). It will also depend on how you want to wear. For example if you are a medium neck, but want to wear the necklace down, you can choose anywhere between 18 - 24 inches.

Some customisation is possible, depending on the design. If you wish to discuss any particular design amendments, please feel free to get in touch.

For custom order, in most cases, I would have to start from scratch from the CAD level, so it takes approximately 4 -6 weeks from the date of order and I can come back to you with an initial quotation.

Caring for and Wearing Your Jewellery

• To help protect the durability and high-quality of your Jewellery, remove your Jewellery when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise, particularly when swimming in the sea or a chlorinated swimming pool.

• All our gemstones are faceted and therefore can be vulnerable to absorbing dirt and to chipping. Settings may also become loose over-time.

• Avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your Jewellery.

• Keep your Jewellery away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight.

• Avoid wearing your Jewellery when using bleach, cleaning products and other chemicals.

• We recommend that you store your Jewellery in the original Amber James Box/ Pouch.
