SHIPPING

All the orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided through your Etsy Order (from the UK) within 2 business days once your order is placed. Please check if the address is correct before checking out. TrendyNoseStuds is not responsible for packages shipped to wrong addresses. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to completing the purchase.

All items are carefully wrapped up inside a padded envelope to ensure safe delivery.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

◇Domestic : All orders within UK will be processed and shipped out in 2 days. Orders above 25USD are eligible for Tracked shipping service and below that would be sent with Non-Tracked Service.


◇ USA: I create the label and bulk ship orders from my UK office to my US office which would take 2 days to reach and then it's handed to USPS (First Class Tracked Mail) for delivery. All orders to US are shipped via this method and typically arrive within 4-8 business days.

◇ INTERNATIONAL: For international orders outside of the UK, I send it through Royal Mail International Tracked.
Delivery times typically range from 2-4 weeks and may vary depending on the destination country.

Additional VAT & Customs Fees:

Please note that additional VAT and customs fees may apply and are not included in the purchase price.
These fees vary from country to country and is the full responsibility of the purchaser. I am not responsible for any additional import or customs fees.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

I take the quality of my creations very seriously, which is why I send them in a sealed package. If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. I will then provide you instructions on mailing your package back to me at your expense. All jewellery must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging. However, if the item is faulty or damaged, then it can be replaced free of charge. If you have anything less than an amazing experience with my Etsy store, reach out, and I will make it right!

TrendyNoseStuds has the right to deny a return if the jewellery returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged.

Keep in mind that, unlike major online retailers, I can't cover the cost of return shipping unless there's a manufacturing defect.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
I do not accept any package where its integrity has been compromised or shows clear signs of having been opened and resealed. Note that the only authority allowed to open the package during the transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.

RETURNED MAIL
All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" will be disposed upon returning to our shipping carriers.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order as I will not send a replacement parcel or offer a refund if the parcel was "Returned To Sender" for the following reasons:

1. The address provided by you was not correct.
2. The parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

I will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped once the jewellery has been sent back to me. In that case, I will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will need to pay a re-shipping and handling cost before sending the package again
