Seller did not dispatch item, did not reply to messages. Etsy customer service was fast and helpful as soon as a case could be raised, but leaving this review to save anyone else wasting 14 days before having to ask for a refund (and then find another Christmas gift).

I'm giving this business 5 stars because their customer service is so fantastic! I received the speaker promptly and very well packaged from them, but realised that it wasn't what I was looking for... I think I had an unrealistic expectation of how much amplification there would be from it and so it wasn't fit for what I wanted it for. It looked great though and exactly as described, and I was offered a full refund without question. Lovely people to buy from and I will definitely return to them in future when thinking of gifts for people!
