What allergens are in your products?

Most of pur products contain Soya, Nuts, Dairy & Gluten, please drop us a message to discuss any other dietary requirements! Some of our decorations also contain Gelatine (Fish). If you require vegetarian, please contact us so we can use alternatives.

How are your items packaged?

All items come individually wrapped, securely packaged in a presentation box, inside a mailing box. The boxes are recyclable.

When will my items be delivered?

General items: We despatch them by first class mail within the timeframe specified on the listing. If you want to order in advance, please mention it in the personalisation box or message from the customer.

Can I make a bulk order?

Please message to check our current capacity, but we are happy to accept large orders for things like corporate events, employee gifts and wedding favours.

When are your last shipping dates for Christmas

To ensure delivery before Christmas, we will be sending all standard delivery items out by 16th December. We will then be closed over Christmas and not shipping anything until 5th January.

When do you ship orders?

I predominantly have 2 main posting days, they are a Monday and a Thursday with some orders being shipped on a Friday. The cut offs for both of the shipping day are Sunday noon and Wed 3pm. If an order comes in after these times there is no guarantee the order will get shipped the next day and you might need to purchase the rush order fee. Please get in touch if you are unsure about a dispatch date.
