PROCESS
Each item is individually hand-formed from white stoneware clay.
The texture is obtained by pressing a real avocado leaf into the soft clay.
The light-catching, crystalline finish is created by applying and firing in the kiln a mix of glaze, oxides and bits of crushed/recycled glass.
The process involves two overnight firing up to 1220º C.
