Directions: Use twice a day every day. Apply to nails and cuticles first thing in the morning before putting your hands into soap and water. Apply again in the evenings right before bed to moisturize nails and cuticle after a long day.

Massage into cuticles to help increase circulation and stimulate new nail growth. Before applying nail color or a base coat, wash thoroughly with warm soapy water. Apply nail color or base coat to clean dry bare nails. Reapply cuticle oil after nail color is dry.
