Due to the coronavirus, items may arrive later than expected. Even if I dispatch your order early, there is a chance it may be late. If you live elswhere from the UK, your order may be delayed due to temporary bans and restrictions. This is out of my control. Currently, it takes an average of 10 days for orders to the USA to arrive once dispatched.

Please contact me and I will be able to do my best to sort this out. Your item may have gotten lost in the mail. There have been more delays due to the coronavirus, so your order may have been delayed by this.

If I send a replacement and it doesn't arrive, unfortunately there's not much I can do. This is because I cannot send another replacement or give a refund as shipping and replacement costs are high in comparison to the products. It is also less likely that the replacement would arrive as it hadn't arrived for the other two times.

I'm very sorry but I do not offer free tracking unless your order is of high value (international orders over around £40). This is because tracking is expensive (it costs £5 to £10 per package) and is otherwise only available if you select the tracking option.

Please remember all our products are recommended for children 3 years and over only.
All our products contain small parts, and are not suitable for children under 3 years as they pose a choking hazard. 
Our products are not considered toys, and as such, all small children should always wear the jewellery under strict adult supervision. They all have the potential to contain small pieces and sharp edges.
