Our necklaces are made of 925 sterling silver, no doubt about it, but silver products can darken over time.

Since you have just bought your product and after use, it may have been exposed to any chemical reaction and therefore, darkening may occur. When we look carefully, it is seen that there is darkening in some regions of the product.
The problem in question may be caused by the special care creams, perfume, deodorant, body sweat, or hair dye you have used.

We have no warranty for used items.

This issue is clear and unambiguous on our product page in the return statement regarding the products used.

what can you do,
If the basic problem is caused by problems that can be considered simple, mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar in a glass of water until the carbonates dissolve.
Leave your product in the mixed water for 2 hours, then slowly spin your necklace in the water for a few minutes before taking it off. Dry your product with a soft-haired eyeglass wiper without pressing it lightly.
As a result of this process, the chemical on your product may come out.

Do not try to clean your product with any other chemical and we definitely do not recommend it.
