DELIVERY INFORMATION
We offer fast, fully tracked worldwide shipping via USPS/UPS/FedEx. All mats are made to order before being dispatched from our UK workshop. Etsy will calculate your expected delivery window whilst purchasing. Shipping may be slower during peak times such as Christmas.

RUSH ORDERS
If you need your order quickly (last minute gift ideas anyone?), we offer an Express option the cart via a dropdown, which will ensure you mat leaves us the next working day. Shipping to the UK is next day with this service, and the US is 2-3 day with UPS Express.

GIFT NOTES
If your order is a gift and you are sending direct to your recipient and would like to include a note, please include it in the specific note section during checkout. The gift note will then be printed and shipped with your order.

CARE
Each mat is hand crafted by our team with the best materials possible to ensure they last. We really care about each one that leaves our little workshop! We recommend that you keep your doormat in a dry, covered area to prolong the life of the design. To clean the mat, shake it out. Our mats are made from natural coir fibres and may have small chunks of imperfection and different variances of color. All mats are unique. Do not saturate the mat in water. Excess water can cause discoloration or fading of the design. Orders cannot be returned and refunded if mat has not been taken care of as advised above.
