Within 2-3 working days of payment, you will receive a digital proof to your email address for your approval, with 3 complimentary rounds of revisions are included with your package and we’ll spend as much time necessary working with you to perfect your invitations.

Only once you give your approval can we produce your items.

We need up to 10-15 working days for the production from the approval date of final digital proof.

All orders ship via a courier service, and can take up to 5 working days to deliver.

QUALITY

REPEATS AND REPRINTS

We always recommend ordering a slightly larger amount of invitations than needed to allow for mistakes when printing invitations, or for guests you may have overlooked.
Cartalia will be happy to print extra invitations for you if you run short, however, with a minimum order of 30 units it is better to ensure that enough invitations are ordered at the outset.

Shipping Suggestions:

Due to the specific nature of the product we recommend to send them using Hand-Cancelling system. Hand-canceling is when each stamp on your envelope is marked (or "canceled") using a hand stamp instead of by a machine. Hand-canceling cards prevents stuffed envelopes from being torn or plexiglass broken by the post office's machine.

Envelopes included with our cards are suggested as inner envelopes in addition to padded or structured envelopes to ship via postal services.

Once the order is placed, we will always prepare a digital file ( PDF ) proof within 2-3 working days this will be sent to your e-mail address for your approval (once the full balance or a non-refundable £50 deposit has been paid).

You will then be given the chance to make amendments if they are indeed needed prior to your order being sent to production.

Please check all the details thoroughly, particularly the spelling of names and dates.

The proof will display the colours of your order (colours may differ on diffrent devices so do check more than once device).

If they colours do not appear correct then please notify us in our correspondences.

Only once your order has been approved then prodcution will begin.

After approval of digital proof we require 15 full working days production. Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Delivery will be between 3-5 days within the EU and 5-7 Outside of the EU.

Please note that we are not responsible for the time the delivery takes so please be sure to include this in your timeline before ordering. Delivery is exclusive of the 15 working days we ask for production.

Please Note: Orders can become delayed during any time of the prodcution timeline due to busy period and the restocking of items.

Samples are sent out via Royal Mail 1st Class Large Letter. No signage needed.
Personalised Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail, DPD , UPS or DHL depending on delivery service chosen for your parcel. It will need signing for.
Rush orders are shipped via overnight DHL 24h delivery. It will need signing for.

Please Note: Delivery can not be made over the weekend. The couriers only provide services Monday - Friday

Once we receive your approval we then send your artworks over to the production team.

We require 15 FULL working days to complete your order. Please note that this is exclusive of weekends and bank holidays. This means your 15 working days will start on the next full working day from your approval.

The 15 working days is not inclusive of delivery, rather solely for the production of your order. The shipment of your order will happen only once the 15 working days are complete.

On the eleventh working day from your approval, your order will then be marked and shipped.

We will provide you with a tracking number for you to be able to track your parcel to your door.

Invitations were beautiful! Even though I used the hand canceling system for mailing them out, the little planes still broke. Overall beautiful product and would definitely recommend.
