DON'T Guesstimate as a ring size has to be exact to have a good fit, option number 2 is proven to be very good and you can always use option 1 which is available in most areas.

A Sterling Silver item is maintained best when worn and used daily.
Showers are great as they clean the Silver.
Try avoiding chemicals, perfumes and anything abrasive.
The ring can be cleaned using a simple silver cleaning cloth available at any jeweler or the jeweler can clean it for you.

Tip: gently brush the item with a soft toothbrush and a simple toothpaste (non-whitening). This will do the trick very nicely.
