Each card is 148mmx148mm and is handmade from high quality 350gsm card with fine art printing and comes with separate matte pale grey envelope as standard at no additional cost. There is also the option to select a different coloured matte or textured envelope at an additional cost; see images attached and dropdown options for colours available. All orders are sent in hard backed envelopes to ensure they arrive with you safely.

We can send cards directly to the recipient if required or write your message on the inside of the card ready for you to send. To do this please mark the order as a gift by checking the tick box and write the message for the inside of the card in the gift message section. If no gift message is left, it will be assumed that nothing is to be written on the inside of the card.

Our usual despatch is same day on orders received before 10am Monday-Friday and the following working day if placed after 10am. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday will be posted on the following working day.
All orders are posted free delivery 1st Class as standard; delivery for 1st Class is usually next business day following despatch.

- Please check all text prior to ordering as the card will be printed as per the personalisation that comes through.
- If the personalisation text isn't laid out as per the example above, then we will print the card how we best see fit for the text and card.
- If only a name is given in the personalisation field, then it will be assumed to be who the card is from and that the rest of the card is as per the example.
- We do not process refunds until 15 working days after the last expected delivery date given by Etsy. Weekends, Bank Holidays and the recent Royal Mail strikes are not included in this timeframe and therefore may mean a longer length of time.
