how to turn of autobilling?

I need to turn off autobilling because my bank doesn't accept it anymore for safety reasons.But I don't know how.
According a help article I should do this:

AutoBilling can be turned off at anytime:
1) Go to Your Shop > Bill and scroll to the bottom of the page
2) Click Looking to turn off automatic bill payment?
3) Confirm by choosing Turn Off Automatic Bill Payment

Only at the bottom of the page there is notting to click on

It is not at the very bottom of the page, it is just below the monthly statements frame

I see mine..it's right under the statement box in blue.
