We can work with you to 'build a bow' from scratch, souring a fabric that meets your brief, and giving you choices on neck size, clasp finish, tie width, personalised messages and so on. You can even supply your own fabric if you choose. Whatever your needs, we'd be happy to hear from you.

Custom and personalised orders

Please note: as all items are made to order, unfortunately I cant offer a refund if you change your mind as I'll have probably started to work on it. If however, you feel that the item has been falsely described or is faulty then please drop me a message to let me know, and I'll give you a return address. You will be responsible for the postage costs in the first instance, but upon receipt of the returned item I will refund all costs incurred if for the reasons above. Refunds will be issued within 5 working days. Please mark the outer packaging with the word RETURN when returning. Items must be sent in original condition and packaging.

Shipping outside of Europe

Your delivery should take between 7 - 14 working days. Please note that this is an estimate and not guaranteed. Weather conditions, times of year and custom clearance processes are out of our control, but may also affect this.

Shipping and upgrade

All of our items are sent by First Class Royal Mail and are not tracked or signed for. If your order is more than £100 however, we will automatically upgrade your shipping to tracked/signed delivery at no additional cost. We do offer expedited delivery options if you need your items in a hurry. Just drop us a message and we’ll provide you with a quote.

In the unlikely event that you haven’t received your item, please contact us within 30 days of your order. If you contact us after this date, then unfortunately it’s unlikely we’ll be able to offer a refund, as we won’t be covered or insured by our postal service provider.
