4 out of 5 starsI was a little disappointed at the band that came with the ring. It looks to be a lot thinner than what the picture shows. The ring itself is beautiful, just disappointed in the band.

About Shipping Detail
1. FREE SHIPPING TO USA by DHL.
2. Shipping Fee will be half paid by seller and buyer to UK, AU, CA, DE. Kindly contact me for other countries.
3. I NEED your CONTACT NUMBER for DHL. Please give me your exact address, postcode and your contact number.
4. Normally the items will be shipped within 3-5 business days by DHL.
5. Tracking Number will be sent to you after your order has been shipped.
Natural gemstones or lab created gemstones
Both natural and lab created gemstones are available, and the detail would be showed on listings.
Custom and personalized orders
Message me for any custom orders and your personal ideas about the rings you love.
Drawing will be sent before I make the rings, so you will know how your ring looks like!
Rush order service
All of my jewelrys are made to order, and i would need 2-3 weeks to process your order.
For Rush order, i would put your order to priority order and it would be finished within 7-10 days.
Determine ring size
You can tell me the US size if you know, or just notify me the circumference of your finger.
Or you can give me the inside diameter according to the current ring you wear, and i would give u a correct US size.

Care instructions
Please hand your Rings with care. Please don't make your ring wet or wear it in the shower or pool or while doing strenuous activities. Also, don't contacting your jewelry with lotion, perfume, or oil.
Processing time and Engraving service
All my jewelry is made to order and it will be finished within 2-3 weeks ( Depending on the complexity). It needs time for high quality.
Engraving service fee is $2, please leave a message, up to 20 characters.
Layaway Service
1. The item will be shipped after it is paid in FULL.
2. The down payment must be paid at least $100, the rest of payment can be paid by weekly or monthly. I would keep this payment plan within 3 months.
3. I'll start to make the ring when over 50% of the total payment is received.
4. For any reason the item is not paid in FULL, I will keep 25% original down payment as a re-stock fee,the others will be refunded in two business days.
30 days money back return policy.
If you are not satisfied with the item and want to return it, I will provide a 30 days money back guarantee, Custom products are not allowed to return.
Here are some specific information about returning and exchanging
1. No damages with the item
2. The item must not have been worn or resize.
3. I will send you the return details.
4. The return item must be insured with signature confirmation.
5. Please notify us the tracking number.
6. Handcrafted costs, shipping fee and inventory costs would be cut for covering my lost.
7. When the item is received and check everything OK, the rest of payment will be refunded to you in 3-5 days.
