💎My name is Meagan Brytewater, and I am the Owner & Creator of BryteDesigns "naturally elegant handcrafted jewelry & home decor." I love nature, fitness, yoga, video games, and spending time with my beautiful family. I am a crystal, gemstone, and mineral collector and enthusiast. I consider myself a "wellness advocate" because my mission is to inspire people to live conscious, healthy lifestyles. I used to be a musician, but my passion for music never left me, and I am definitely still a metal-head. Aside from being at home making jewelry and painting, music is my happy place.
💎I love all things jewelry and art. I make my personal ornaments with natural and upcycled materials that are special to me. Mother Earth is my inspiration. My pieces are intended to empower the wearer with the same hardworking, free-spirited tenacity that goes into creating them. I bless and cleanse each of my designs with sage and Palo Santo wood to infuse them with the highest vibrations and most positive intentions. Each accessory and painting I create is absolutely one-of-a-kind. There are no "templates." The result is a truly unique piece that is made specially for you! 💎As a child, I was always interested in art and geology. I loved learning about different types of rocks, drawing, and painting. I began fulfilling a childhood dream of tumbling my own stones later in life, and with the support of my family and friends, I discovered my talent for crafting jewelry. I was encouraged to open this shop, and I am so glad that I did! As a sufferer (and more importantly, a survivor) of chronic depression and anxiety, I had and still have my doubts and insecurities. Making a step in a positive direction by starting my own small business was a tremendous triumph for me, and it is a great relief to have finally found my creative niche. I intend to improve my emotional and spiritual well-being as my passion for jewelry design and painting amplifies, and I hope to pass along the power of transmutation and manifestation to my customers through my work.
💎I am cultivating my skills and refining new techniques every day. I am always learning something new about my craft, which makes this process so exciting! While I am truly grateful for the invaluable experience, personal transformation, and special people I have met from previous "day jobs" and formal education, I am breaking the cycle of the "daily grind" and allowing my creative drive to become my full source of income. I dream of a world where everyone can make a living doing what they are passionate about, and I am a firm believer that one must be the change they wish to see in this world. My mission is to inspire those who have a passion to follow it by setting the best example that I possibly can.
💎My shop is still in its formative stages and will always be a work in progress. I am working on creating many more designs to share with the world. The few items that I do have currently listed are made from the heart, a heart that has so much more to give! I have infinite patience when it comes to fulfilling my own destiny, and for the wonderful surprises that the Universe has to offer.
