To depict and convey the transient beauty of nature, one must be an exceptionally gifted artist.. Marie is one such creative force... ..and this hauntingly evocative 'After the Rain" is yet one more example of her original 'at one with' artistry.

A subtle, deceptively modest depiction of a blackbird(playing peekaboo?) amongst the gracefully aligned stripped/bare branches in a grey woodland setting.... ...Less is most definitely more... (Shades of Japanese art)... BUT! ....Dilemma:- To gift,or not to gift? 🤔 ....Solution:- "To thine own self be......kind!..."😜 (Please excuse the misquote) Many thanks Marie 🤗
