5 out of 5 starsThe planter arrived in a couple of days from my order, very well packed (it was in a box that fit the planter itself, which was in a larger box packed with inflated wrapping). It's very well made, and will suit my parents birthday gift perfectly - and they even give the packaging a little spray of perfume so it smelt great on arrival. Would definitely recommend!

Our products are extremely heavy and costly to send out. We take most of these costs ourselves, returning them is extremely difficult and we want to make customers aware before purchasing. However, if you have an issue with your product we will do everything we can to rectify any issues.
