1 out of 5 starsFirst pattern sent was not for this item. She sent me another download and it was not as described poinsettia ornament either. I asked for refund, as of now none has been issued. Disappointing.

2 out of 5 starsThe pattern pieces don’t match what is shown in picture and some are missing. The directions aren’t accurate either.

5 out of 5 starsI'm so sorry for the misunderstanding, as the negative review wasn't directed at you. Your creations are splendid, and thank you again for your quick and efficient response. A thousand apologies.

1 out of 5 starsDon't buy it, it can't be translated into Italian. The fail is blocked and can't be translated. Instead, the 4 euros have been collected. Wouldn't it be better to be more correct and write that it is only for those who know English well? That's not how it's done!

2 out of 5 starsVery disappointed, as there's no way to translate it. So for me, it's impossible to do.
