***Wrong Order(s) / Missing Item(s) / Broken Item(s)***

Due to numerous scammers, it has come to our attention that all customers will have to record a clear video of their unboxing as a proof in order to request a claim for any missing items. If the parcel / envelope / box is already opened or tampered, claims for any missing items will not be entertained!!

Video footage should be uncut and showing an initial footage of an unopened mail followed by the customer opening the mail and taking out the items inside one by one.

It has also come to our attention that numerous scammers abused the usage of claiming that item(s)' size are not as expected. Measurements of each items are clearly stated in items' description and or shown on the items' photos. Reasons of unexpected size(s) will not be a valid reason for requesting a full refund! Please read & check your measurements carefully before purchasing. Any claims of not expected sizes will not be entertained!!!
