We are very passionate about fonts and signs and love working on new designs - we are constantly adding to our collection here on Etsy. Most existing signs can be adapted to suit specific requirements so please send us a message with any queries and we'll do our best to help. We can also offer a completely bespoke design service for one off signs.

We will always aim to print and dispatch your order as soon as possible. If ordered before 2pm on a week day we will print and dispatch next working day where possible (but not guaranteed). This does not apply to 'create your own bespoke' listings where we require your approval before we proceed to print.

When we approach various busy times throughout the year it is likely that we will see deliveries taking some extra time to arrive. We can never 'guarantee' your delivery time, so suggest you order in plenty time, allowing a few extra days especially during busy times like Valentines, Easter, Christmas etc. On some occasions mail can take up to an extra 10 working days so please bare this in mind when ordering. We are not responsible for late deliveries once the order has been processed and dispatched into Royal Mail delivery or other courier system.

**PLEASE NOTE - CHANGES TO ROYAL MAIL SECOND CLASS DELIVERY TIMES**
Your items include FREE second class delivery but please note these will now take longer than Etsy's estimated delivery dates. If you're order is required for a certain date please upgrade to First Class or 24 Tracked at checkout.
Key changes to Second Class delivery:
No Saturday deliveries: Second Class mail will no longer be delivered on Saturdays.
Alternate weekday delivery: Second Class letters will be delivered on alternating weekdays, Monday to Friday, within a two-week rotation.
Three-day delivery aim: Royal Mail will aim to deliver Second Class letters within three weekdays of collection.
First Class unchanged: First Class letter delivery will continue to be six days a week.


**NORTHERN IRELAND ORDERS - PLEASE NOTE**
We will be unable to fulfil any orders being delivered to Northern Ireland after 12th December. Orders will be cancelled and refunded. This is due to the new EU GPSR regulations (General Product Safety Regulations) coming into force from the 13th December. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
