5 out of 5 starsSuper cool! Arrived fast and is bigger than I expected. Seller left a nice note and included a sticker. I’d recommend switching the rubber backs for locking backs as I almost lost one of them but the seller mentions this. Definite buy!

What is your Shipping Timeframe for orders?
I ship orders out within 1-5 business days (M-F). Due to being just one person running every aspect of the business and having a primary job besides this, it can be tough. However, I do my best to get most orders shipped out the following business day from the date of the order being placed. Custom Items that are made to order such as coasters and drinkware shipp out within 2-5 days due to the time to make each item. If you placed an order with a made-to-order item and pins for example, it will all be grouped together and shipped out after the custom item has finished being made.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Domestic (United States):
Free shipping on domestic orders over $35 USD.
International:
Free shipping on international orders over $75 USD.
Free shipping thresholds are based on the order subtotal before shipping, taxes, and discounts.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
I made a mistake, can i cancel my order?
You may cancel an order automatically if i have not prepared the item for shipping. If the item has been packed for shipping, it may not be cancelled. You may message me and we can try to work out a solution but there is no guarantee.
Do you offer returns?
Returns, exchanges and refunds are only possible under certain conditions, depending on specific issues: damaged products, package gets lost in the mail, etc and no replacement is available.
Please contact me with your issue if you want to see if your situation applies. If a return or exchange is agreed upon then; you the buyer, are responsible for any return shipping and making sure all items are returned in the original condition with all items, packaging, etc returned with it. Missing items or damaged items during return shipping will be deducted from the final return amount.

Please note: I do not accept custom orders for enamel pins.
When do you ship out orders?
I ship orders Monday - Friday. My local USPS office closes early on Saturdays, while I try to ship out orders on Saturdays as well, it is not always guaranteed.
