Where can I find the sizing or measurements?
Most of the measurement charts are in the pictures of each listing.
When can I expect my item to be delivered?
Each item will give you estimated ship date & estimated delivery date before you order. These are estimated dates only but should be close. It depends on the items you choose & the shipping time you choose as well. During our peak season, the process time is longer than non peak season but will be posted.
If you need by a specific date just let me know prior to ordering.
I will also send you a message that will include the actual ship by date, once I confirm your order.
What if I need the item sooner than the expected date?
Please feel free to ask. Some times I can do a rush order but I have to know before the order is placed. It is extra for a rush order. During our busy seasons rush orders are not always possible.
Do we accept returns or exchanges?
As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact me directly. I am happy to help and will work with you to resolve any problems, such as errors in personalization or quality issues.
What if my package is delayed due to USPS?
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of USPS, and unfortunately, shipping delays can occur that are outside of my control.
If your order is delayed, please contact me so I’m aware and can assist however possible. I also recommend reaching out to your local USPS office for the most up-to-date tracking information.
Please note: Once a package has been handed off to USPS, I am not responsible for delays or lost packages, but I will do my best to help you resolve any shipping issues.
How do I place the order?
I have a "Placing an order" section in the description that will help you with ordering. It will tell you what you need to place the order. I also have a brief list of what must be included right above the personalize box.
