Custom and personalised orders
We would love to design something for you! Order our "YOUR TEXT HERE" doormat and leave all the details you want us to know in the notes. You'll find an image showing our most popular fonts, or simply find your own at dafont.com. We will send you a proof before we create it if you request us to do so, otherwise, please rest assured our designers will come up with something awesome based on your brief. We do not do any design work until after purchase, but we offer unlimited edits until you love it!

What are you doormats made of?
Crafted from natural coir coconut fibres, these welcome mats provide an innate strength and durability. A non-slip PVC backing traps moisture and water, while keeping your interior carpets protected.
15mm thick with a neat trimmed edge. Made from high quality PVC backed coir matting with the design stenciled and printed in black (or other colors should you request!)
Do you provide a digital proof before custom orders are shipped?
Once you have purchased your mat, a digital proof will be sent IF you have requested a draft in your order notes. Keep in mind the digital proof may have slight differences.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom designs, as each item is handmade to order especially for you. We can potentially accept returns on non-personalized designs, but please message us beforehand.
What do I do if I accidentally provide the wrong shipping address?
Not a problem! Just send us a message via Etsy messages within 12 hours so that we can make a note on the order to make a change with the courier. If the item is returned back to us due to inaccurate shipping information provided, we will contact you to arrange re delivery.
A $10 reshipping fee will usually apply.
Will I have to pay any additional charges on delivery?
Great news — for most destinations, including the USA, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia, there are no import duties or extra customs fees to worry about. Your order will arrive with no hidden charges!
US and Canada - Tariffs & Fees - will they be charged?
No, we send everything to the USA and Canada with taxes and fees prepaid, so there is nothing to pay, and you'll have no issues with your delivery.
