Peter (this shop’s proprietor and knowledgeable software engineer by training) was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC to work with and he created a One-of-a-Kind gift which was perfect for my father, an MIT grad, software engineer, and instructor of the Python programming language at current. The Python Debugging Ducks as Peter sells them utilize a quintessential rubber ducky but make them SUPER special by adorning them with capes emblazoned with “Python” and all types of cool stickers the recipient can put on his or her laptop— not to mention the ultra cool packaging the likes of which I have only seen at the Smithsonian Air and Space museum used to package their freeze dried ice cream! This humorous gift is perfect for any Python programming enthusiasts as it plays on the inside joke known only to the guys and gals immersed in the tech wor

This was a gift, and having seen these before, I was certain the quality was excellent. What impressed me even more was Peter’s exceptional customer service - by any industry and e-commerce standard. He made sure the parcel reached South Africa, changed the label for privacy, followed up with the national postal service despite conflicting tracking updates, and even contacted the recipient directly more than once.
