Frequently asked questions
How do I download my digital patterns?
Once your payment is confirmed, you can download your patterns by signing in to your account, going to Purchases & Reviews, and clicking the Download button next to your order. Note that downloads are not available through the Etsy app; please use a desktop or mobile browser. If you purchased as a guest, you will receive a direct link to download your files via email.
What should I do if I have trouble downloading my files?
If you encounter any issues downloading your files, please contact me directly through Etsy messaging, and I will assist you promptly.
Can I get a refund for digital items?
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available once the files have been downloaded. If you have any concerns, please contact me before downloading the files.
Can I sell items made from your patterns?
Yes, you can sell handmade items created from my patterns on a small scale. However, mass production or distribution of the patterns themselves is not allowed. Please give credit to my shop for the pattern design.
Are the instructions and patterns the same for all the items?
While each pattern has its unique design, many of the steps and techniques are similar. It’s a good idea to read through all the tutorials first, as this might save you time and effort when working on multiple projects.
What materials do I need for your felt patterns?
Felt: I typically use soft Korean felts that are 1.2mm thick unless otherwise specified in the pattern. You can use any felt you prefer. Felt can be purchased from local craft stores or online retailers. The cost will vary depending on the type of felt (wool, acrylic, etc.) you choose. My patterns refer to 'sheets' which are approximately 22cm x 30cm.
Threads: I use embroidery floss or ordinary sewing threads for my projects.
