The story of Fun Makes Good
Inspired by contemporary architectural forms and geometric shapes,
Fun Makes Good combines detailed embroidery techniques with bold patterns and creative colour combinations to produce a striking range of interior textile products which use locally sourced, specialist wools, leathers and hand dyed cotton. Our designs are created by hand in our home studio using some of the finest materials produced in Scotland and are often created in very limited numbers, so you know what your are buying is unique!
Alongside our range of homewares, Fun Makes Good offers a bespoke upholstery service. We can re-work an item of your furniture, tailoring the design to your specification and needs, presenting a creative alternative to outdated furniture. We love to create pieces for people and invite bespoke commissions for our cushions and pouffes too, just get in touch as we are happy to discuss ideas!
All of our products are made by hand either by myself in my studio in Perthshire, or in the case of our tableware and home accessories made by a great team of people in Scotland, we feel it's really important to support and promote local manufacturing and as a result our products have not travelled far to reach you.
