Custom and personalized orders
If you see a design for sale that you like, but would like the hoop size, thread colours or font changed; I'm happy to discuss custom/personalized orders. Although please bear in mind that these will have longer lead times as they will need to be made from scratch and I may have to order materials specifically for your order. Send me a message to discuss this more. Note: I won't create designs with hate speech or offensive imagery.
Sizing details
All hoop sizes are listed in the individual listings. Due to the natural variation in the crystal pieces, I am unable to give accurate sizing descriptions for each crystal piece used in a design.
Care instructions
Due to the delicate nature of the crystals used for each design, please be careful when unwrapping your order to ensure that no crystals come away from the design. Also please do not wash your embroidery fabric, as this is secured to the wooden hoop which is not machine washable, along with the crystals which are also not machine washable. If your embroidery hoop gathers dust over time, gently wipe this with a dry cloth or lint roller to remove dust without disturbing the design.
