It must be user error (me) but I was thinking this was a 3-D ornament with actual little stones. However, it's a well-painted, quality-looking, two dimensional ornament. All of the recipients loved it and were thrilled with how pretty it was.

I was very disappointed when the tape glue would not come off the ornament from the packaging. It was taped to a board so it would not get damaged in shipping. That is good to make sure it doesn’t break, but there are three places on the names that I can’t get the glue from the tape off. You can see it through the ornament.

This was a very unique and thoughtful gift. My daughter loved it, but it was not as I expected. The descriptions are vague. As pictured online it looks like something you could set and leave out all year, not just to hang on the tree.

It’s not a sea glass ornament. Not what I expected at all.

My package was delivered to the original sender and yet I still paid for it and never heard from them. There were no issues with the shipment on my side do I have no idea how this managed to happen but I won’t buy again

I haven't received the package. I contacted the seller, but didn't get a satisfactory response. The seller lied to me, and I'm very upset.

The picture on Etsy that I ordered from is not what I received.very disappointed! Considering returning it.
