Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. After a five-minute setup on a computer, the family calendar shows on iPhone, iPad and Android. The free Google Calendar app shows each person's color. Apple's Calendar app shows the family calendar in one color.
Can I install it from my phone or iPad?
No. The five-minute install runs in a web browser on a computer: Windows, Mac or Chromebook. After that, everything works on your phones and tablets.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You type your family's names into a Google Sheet and choose Install from a menu. There is nothing to copy or paste, and the guide shows every screen.
Is my family's information private?
Yes. Your setup sheet and your calendar live in your own Google account. Nothing is sent to us, and we never see your calendar, your sheet or your email. One click turns the automations off.
What if I get stuck during setup?
Message us here on Etsy. Tell us which step you're on and what the screen says (a screenshot helps), and we'll help you finish. The START HERE guide also has a fix-it page for the most common snags.
Can I get a refund on a digital item?
Because files are delivered instantly, digital sales are final. If you can't get your kit working, message us and we'll work with you until it does.
