You are purchasing your chosen artwork as digital design files, you will receive access to 10 high-resolution files (5 ratios in both PDF and JPEG formats). All files are created at 300dpi for crisp, professional-quality results.
• PDF for Print (Recommended): High-quality CMYK files, the gold standard for professional printing and color accuracy.
• 300dpi JPEGs: High-resolution RGB files, perfect for quick home printing or photo labs that do not support PDF uploads.

You will NOT receive a physical copy of this print in the post. Artwork is available to download via a link through the Etsy website immediately after purchase.

You can access your files to download by visiting the "Purchases" area of your Etsy Profile:

1. Go to your Etsy home page
2. Click your profile icon on the top right-hand corner of your browser
3. Navigate to "purchases" and select
4. Scroll down and find your latest purchase from HomebirdDesignStudio
5. When you find your order click the button that says "Download Files"
6. All done!

OR visit: http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases and repeat steps 4 to 6.

If you purchased your digital downloads as a guest then please check your emails as Etsy will send an automated email upon purchase containing your download information.

- You can upload to an professional online printing service, I like to recommend VistaPrint for my customers worldwide as a service I have used personally and always receive great results.

- Use a local professional printers or copy store, make sure to save the files you'd like printed to a USB to make this process as easy as possible. Independent printers are my favourite but Staples, Office Depot are great options too.

- You can also print your designs at home. Make sure your printer settings are set to print ‘borderless’ to ensure the background colour of your artwork reaches the edges.

I always like to print my designs on a heavier weight matte paper or art card, quality will always depend on the type of printer and paper used.

The usual cause of the issue you are having is that the printing services you are trying to use only accept certain files. Make sure you are using the correct file type (PDF or JPEG) for the website.

You don’t actually need to access your email inbox to access your files, providing you have access to your Etsy account. (Not via the app)

You can access your files to download by visiting your Etsy Profile and clicking “Purchases”, and then “Download Files”.
