Announcement
Host Lab is sci-art focusing on the microbiota found on human skin, thoughtfully laid out under the microscope and presented with colourful designs.
Host is the window of visualisation that we are all interconnected through our bodies being the hosts to a microbiota world that outnumber our human cells by 10 to 1. Host was made to encourage the viewer to visualise a large part of their own invisible bacteria membrane, to see the unseen, to raise awareness and cause food for thought.
Originally a project made in Falmouth, Cornwall, 'Host' is a body of artwork that combines Science and Art.
For custom made bacterial prints please email chlorussell [!at] outlook.com to be put on the waiting list.
