1 étoiles sur 5Do not purchase glasses from this seller. The etching quality is absolute trash (literally, as these glasses ended up in the trash). See my review photos for reference. I've bought other same style glasses from other sellers on Etsy and all have been perfect. Additionally, buried in the fine print they state they are from Canada and not responsible for duties. So once you add in the $40 duty it's a real waste of a purchase. I reached out to the seller and asked for a refund. They stated as an act of good faith I could send them back, and they would send new ones. Not worth the price of shipping or the duty again.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your purchase. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and this review does not reflect the experience of the vast majority of our customers. After being contacted, we immediately offered to replace the glasses at no charge. We only requested that the original glasses be returned so we could inspect the issue and address any concerns. Unfortunately, we were not given that opportunity. Regarding duties and import fees, these are determined by your country's customs authorities and are clearly outlined in our Etsy policies. As a Canadian seller, we do not collect or control these charges. Had the glasses been returned, we would have gladly remade and reshipped the order at no cost to the customer.
