Frequently asked questions
Can I return my order?
Any items that are personalised with initials/dates, and any custom listings or altered items are classed as ‘customised’ and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Some items with very lengthy making processes are also not eligible for return, please check the listing details for the item you are interested in before purchasing.
Items eligible for return must be returned within 14 days in their original condition and box. The box must also be in it’s original condition.
When items with 'free delivery' are returned the amount it cost me to ship it to you will not be refunded. Please see the item details/description section of the listing you are buying to see these amounts.
How long will my order take?
Every piece is made to order and each item has it’s own lead time visible under the ‘delivery and return policy’ heading. If you require your order sooner than the stated time frame please get in touch with the date you need it by so I can let you know if it is possible.
Shipping times vary, please see the 'description' section of the listing for more information. Although the parcels typically arrive within these time frames it can on occasion take longer for reasons out of my control and therefore I cannot make any guarantees for an arrival date other than when DHL shipping is selected.
Who is responsible for the cost of returning an item?
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an order.
The customer is responsible for any customs charges incurred.
The customer is responsible for returns lost in the mail so a secure, tracked method of mailing is recommended.
Care instructions
Please be aware that all metals can tarnish. They can discolour when exposed to moisture, heat, light, chemicals in beauty products, and even elements in air itself. It’s a natural process and the extent and speed at which it happens is determined by a combination of these factors. As this cannot be monitored or controlled once it has left the workshop, I do not offer replacements or refunds for items that have tarnished when in possession of the customer. I recommend taking these steps to keep your jewellery at it’s best:
Take the jewellery out of the box and place in the sealed plastic bag provided. Store it out of direct sunlight and away from heat.
Avoid contact with water and beauty products (moisturisers, fake tans, perfume etc).
