1 out of 5 starsI ordered a candle as a Christmas gift on Dec 15th. By Jan 4th, when this item still had not shipped, I reached out to let the seller know. On Jan 14th, there was still ZERO communication from the seller about this delay and I had to reach out again. Finally on Jan 19th, this item was received at USPS. Extremely disappointed with customer service. There was no word from the seller during this entire time and I had to follow up on the order TWICE. This gift was just delivered today - OVER A MONTH after purchase.
