I’m not very tech-savvy, will this template work for me?
Absolutely! Our templates are created by expert web designers, so all the hard work is done on the back end. Squarespace’s simple drag and drop feature makes moving sections and blocks super easy! If you have any trouble, we ar ehere to help you via email or if you would prefer us to install your branding on yout template, we can do that too.
What if I already have a Squarespace website live?
Unfortunately our templates come as new websites so you will need to migrate your content to your new site and divert your Domain. Alternatively, you can purchase our website set up add-on where we will install your branding for you.
Do I need Photoshop to customise any elements?
Some of our templates do require programs such as Photoshop or Canva to edit certain graphics. This includes any lines, circles and shapes that need to change colour based on your branding. All elements that require editing will be outlined in the tutorials.
Are there any additional costs?
In addition to your Squarespace Template you will need to purchase a Squarespace plan which start at AU$16 per month on an annual plan. Please wait to purchase your plan after we deliver your new template.
Can I add a shop to my website?
Yes! With Squarespace there is a world of opportunity and you can add an e-commerce page to any website. If you need any help with this, reach out to us.
Are there refunds on your templates?
No, due to the nature of the digital product and delivery, all sales are final.
