How do I access my digital files after purchase?
After your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email from Etsy with a download link.
You can also access your files anytime by going to:
Your Account → Purchases and Reviews → Download Files
All items are digital only – no physical product will be shipped.
What to Do If There’s an Issue with Your Order
If you experience any problems with your order, please contact me right away using the “Message Seller” or “Contact” button on Etsy. I’ll respond as soon as possible and help you resolve the issue quickly.
Do you offer refunds for digital products?
Because my listings are delivered instantly as digital downloads, refunds aren’t standard.
However, I want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If something isn’t working as expected, please reach out – I’ll gladly review your situation and do my best to help.
What if I’m new to Photoshop? Can I still use the files?
These templates are designed for users familiar with the basics. If you’ve installed fonts before and know how to activate/deactivate and move layers, you should feel comfortable customizing the files.
If you’ve never worked in Photoshop, the files may feel complicated at first. But once you understand the basics, the layered files give you the freedom to personalize the design and reuse it multiple times.
Why do I receive a PDF instead of the Photoshop files directly on Etsy?
Etsy limits individual uploads to 20 MB. My Photoshop files are high-resolution with multiple editable layers, so their size is usually around 100–130 MB.
To make the download process smoother, I provide a PDF that includes:
– step-by-step instructions for editing;
– links to the working files;
– links to the fonts used in the design.
I try to explain everything in a clear and friendly way – I’ve been in your shoes when I was just starting and searching for files like these. So I fully understand the learning curve and want to make the experience as stress-free as possible.
