Information we collect
To fulfil an order, Etsy provides us with information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment confirmation and order details. You may also provide additional information when you contact us.

Why we use it
We use personal information only as needed to fulfil orders, provide customer service, resolve disputes, comply with legal and tax obligations, protect our legitimate business interests, and comply with Etsy’s Seller Policy and Terms of Use. We do not use Etsy buyer information for unsolicited marketing.

Sharing
We share information only when necessary: with Etsy; with trusted delivery providers such as Royal Mail or Evri to deliver your order; and with authorities or professional advisers where required by law or to protect legal rights. We do not sell customer information.

Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations. Order records may be kept for up to six years where required by UK law.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict or delete your personal information, object to certain processing, or complain to your local data protection authority. Some information may need to be retained where required by law.
