How do I receive my files after purchase?
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a PDF file by email with links to your templates. You can also download the same PDF anytime from your Etsy account in Purchases & Reviews (please note that digital downloads are not available in the Etsy app).
Are the templates editable?
Yes! All templates are fully editable in Canva. You can customize text, change fonts and colors, adjust backgrounds, and even add your own photos or QR codes.
Do I need a Canva Pro account to use these templates?
No, you do not need a Canva Pro account to use our templates. Canva’s free plan provides sufficient features for editing and customizing the templates.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
