Absolutely love the bag and the packaging is lovely makes it very special, however I was disappointed with the service, I messaged multiple of times and even found Facebook page which I had no reply, once I did have 1 reply I had a couple of questions afterwards which wasn’t answered and just feel spending this money the customer service should be better with responding to messages. However I’m very happy with the bag itself! Thank you Lisa

What is your turnaround?
Please check the listings turnaround time prior to placing an order. I am happy to discuss rush orders however once orders have been placed I cannot guarantee an earlier dispatch date is possible.
Please note that I take UK bank holidays into account when working out turnaround times whereas Etsy doesn’t so please keep this in mind.
Can I include a gift note?
Of Course! There is an option to add a gift note at the checkout. Please note this is only available on orders over £10
What is your packaging like?
A lot of thought and care has been put into the presentation of how our products reach you. Orders are sent in branded boxes which make perfect presentation boxes if your order is a gift.
Where applicable orders also include care instructions.
Can I send my order straight to the recipient?
Just make sure you enter the delivery details at the checkout and select the option to add a gift message.
If the gift is for a certain date let me know and I can add a ‘don’t open me until…’ note.
Please note invoices aren’t included
Where do I stand with refunds?
Due to the personalised nature of our products we do not accept refunds on items that have been incorrectly ordered or no longer required.
If an item arrives damaged this must be declared within 5 days of receipt with proof of the damage shown. Once this has been received a replacement will be issued.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us and provide proof so that a replacement can be sent.
What if I want to cancel or amend an order?
If you wish to cancel or amend an order please contact us ASAP. We are only able to cancel or amend orders that haven't been started yet. If the process has started we regret that we cannot cancel or change the order.
A note on personalisation
Please double and triple check the personalisation you have provided. Wording will appear on the item as you have written, including spaces and punctuation (please do not include special symbols and accents)
Emojis and hearts cannot be used so will be left blank.
