What format are the Printable files in?

Fox & Found Printables are provided in A4 size in PDF format and in print resolution. No physical sheets are shipped - the files are provided ready for to you to print, cut out and use for your art.

Why is there text over the image?

The images you see on etsy have a watermark to protect my resources from copying - the product you receive will not have the watermarks you see in the product images.

How do I use the Printables?

Our Printables are designed to be used in paper crafting rather than digital art. They are provided as a single printable sheet in PDF format, for fussy cutting and collage, mixed media or journaling. Separate files are not provided - all the images are on an A4 sheet ready to print, as shown in the images.

What are the terms of use and copyright information

All my printables are created with genuine vintage finds and the images are, to the very best of knowledge, not under copyright. My sheets however ARE subject to copyright as I have spent many hours compiling the images, cleaning and perfecting/altering them ready for you to use. Printables are sold strictly for personal use ONLY and should not be copied, shared (online or in person), distributed or resold in whole or part. The images contained in the sheets can be used in any handmade artwork including art that is to be sold but they should be part of a larger composition. I'm sorry but you cannot use my images to make other commercial products for sale (e.g. stickers, badges, papers) or use them as part of kits.

Return policy

Etsy's policy is that it does not allow returns on digital items - this is because as soon as you make your purchase your file is ready for download and you have instant access. In line with this policy, I don't offer refunds on any of my digital products. However, if you have a problem with your order please don't hesitate to contact me via etsy and I'll do my best to help you to resolve it.

How do I download my Printables?

If you have an Etsy account, after your purchase you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page where you can download the files. Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card, confirmation might take a few minutes. If you checked out as a guest, you will be sent an email confirming your order with download links. Etsy has a help file if you need further info.

International and custom orders

Digital products are downloadable and therefore available everywhere!
