5 out of 5 starsThis store is simply wonderful - a 5* review does not do it justice. I was in touch with Hitomi who was just so kind, helpful, friendly and extremely generous. I got in touch to ask if they could repair a cobalt glass earring that I broke, bought from them in 2024. Within two days, I'd returned the broken earring; it was repaired and returned to me ... with another pair of the same stones (to keep just in case I broke one again!) PLUS a gift of another lovely light pair. Absolutely amazing and highly recommended. Thank you so much.
