How do I care for my plants?
The most important thing to know before you buy: when your package arrives, bring it inside and open it ASAP to give your plant whatever light, warmth, air, or water it needs. All of the plants that we sell are fairly easy to care for, and a sheet of care instructions will be included in every package. See the product descriptions for more information.
Will my plant be the exact same one shown in the picture?
Like all things in nature, each plant, shell, or driftwood piece will be unique and look different. They may be different varieties, shapes, and colors from what is pictured, although they should be similar in size. We will always pick the healthiest and best-looking product for you based on availability.
What happens if my order is incomplete or damaged?
Within 24 hours of receiving your package, please send us a message with some pictures and a description of what is wrong. We will gladly send replacement items as needed.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, we offer free order cancellation within 1 day of purchase or upon mutual agreement between buyer and seller.
Do you offer bulk and wholesale pricing?
Yes, through our main website, but not directly through Etsy. Please message us for more details on becoming a wholesale customer.
