I Received the wrong item, can it be exchanged?
Yes, simply contact me and I will send the correct item with no extra cost. I will also cover return shipping for the wrong item.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Unless I have contacted to state otherwise all orders are dispatched to the company within 24 hours, using a parcel box. This means it may take 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch
Can you delay my order if I'm on holiday?
Yes! Simply contact me or leave a note to let me know what date you need the order shipped and I will wait until then.
