Frequently asked questions
Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
We don't — every design in our shop is sold exactly as shown. We're not able to add names, change graphics, or take custom requests at this time.
Can I cancel my order?
Only before it reaches production, which typically happens within a few hours of purchase. That gives you roughly a 2–3 hour window to reach out. Once your item is in production, cancellation is no longer possible — each piece is made to order just for you.
I picked the wrong size/color. Can you change it?
Same rule as cancellations — we can update size or color only if your order hasn't entered production yet. Message us as fast as you can and we'll do our best to catch it in time.
Can you change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as the package hasn't been handed to the courier. Once it ships, the address is locked. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately.
What's your return & refund policy?
Since everything is made to order, we accept returns and issue refunds only when something goes wrong on our end: your item arrives damaged, you receive the wrong design, size, or color, or your package is lost in transit. Reach out within 30 days of delivery with your order number (and photos if it's a damage/wrong item issue) and we'll make it right.
