Frequently asked questions
How do I download my files?
Once your payment goes through, your files are ready straight away. Go to You, then Purchases and reviews on Etsy, find your order and click Download files. You'll also get an email from Etsy with a link. The files stay in your Purchases so you can download them again any time.
Do I need Canva Pro for the Canva kits?
No. Every Canva kit works with a free Canva account. Open the PDF, click the template link and Canva makes you your own copy to edit. A few optional Canva elements may need Pro if you choose to add them, but nothing in the templates does.
What paper size are the printables?
Every printable comes as an A4 PDF and a US Letter PDF, so it prints properly in the UK, Europe and the US. Print at 100% or Actual Size for the best result.
Can I print the files more than once or reuse them next year?
Yes. Print as many copies as you need for your own home, family, party or classroom, and keep the files to use again next year.
Can I use the Canva kits for my business?
Yes, that is what they are for. Use them for your own business posts, menus, price lists and paperwork. You can't resell, share or give away the files or the template links, or sell them as your own templates.
What if a file won't open or something looks wrong?
Message me through Etsy and I'll sort it, usually the same day. Because these are digital downloads Etsy doesn't allow returns, but I will always fix a problem or send a corrected file.
