How are the prints made?
Each piece is printed on 200gsm museum-quality satin paper resulting in rich, vibrant colours and a soft, subtle sheen.
What sizes are available?
Available sizes are listed clearly within each product listing. We offer a range of popular print sizes to make framing easy and accessible. If you’re looking for a specific size, feel free to reach out — we're happy to help where possible.
Do the prints come framed?
Frames are not included, unless explicitly stated in the listing. This allows you the freedom to choose a frame that best suits your space and personal style.
How will my order be packaged?
Each print is carefully packaged in a sturdy cardboard backing/tube to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Great care is taken in preparing every order for shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders will be processed within one day. Shipping times are listed within each product listing. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking details. If you need an item by a specific date, feel free to message us before ordering.
What if my print arrives damaged or is lost in transit?
For prints lost in transit, kindly contact us as soon as possible. We'll try our best to determine its whereabouts and will be happy to resend the print free of charge if required. For damaged prints, please send us a photo so that we can feedback to our delivery partner.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each print is made to order, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted. However, if there’s a problem with your order, we'll be most happy to help - just drop me a message!
