Can I change my address after placing an order?
From the moment you place your order, there is a 3 HOUR DEADLINE to make any changes. Please send us a message as soon as possible if you detect an error in the personalization or address. Once the 3 HOURS have elapsed, I'm afraid we will not be able to make any changes, as your order will have been sent to print.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the made-to-order nature of the product, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective or not the size you ordered. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
How long will it take for my product to be delivered?
It takes between 1 - 5 days to produce and ship the products. Then you must add shipping times (5 - 7 business days) on top of that which is the average time for it to be delivered to your hands.
Where do the products come from?
Most of our products are manufactured and shipped from suppliers located in the United States, some jewelry and others items from China. We also have European suppliers for EU customers.
