5 out of 5 starsHigh quality product. Very well packaged. Always happy. The only negative thing for me is the shipping by DPD, as I am very dissatisfied with DPD. This package was e.g. slightly soaked and heavily dented, but fortunately the product was undamaged thanks to the good packaging.

A refund for the full value of the item ordered was issued. Customer provided an incomplete delivery address, omitting the house number. Delivery was made to that address, but obviously failed. They were offered a choice of either a second delivery attempt at their expenses to the correct address, or a partial refund for the value of the item, as shipping costs could not be recovered due to the address they provided being incomplete. Customer refused both options, and kept insisting on a full refund or shipment at my expenses, as we discussed for two days on how to solve the problem. The courier was also contacted in an unsuccessful attempt at recovering the shipping costs for a full refund. Customer then proceeds to accuse me of being a thief for not accepting to pay for their mistake.
