I ended up having to open a case and was issued a refund by Etsy. Don't waste your time ordering from this shop.

What Type of Paper Should I Print My Instant Download Print On?
I personally recommend white, matte paper, as it suits best the style of my prints.
For my ready made prints, I usually use a 300 gsm weight paper.
How do I print my printable files?
If you have a good printer at home, you can print your file on your own. I recommend using a thicker paper than the print paper commonly used for printing documents.
If your printer is not suitable for printing artwork, I recommend you print your file either:
- at a local professional printing service in your town
- through online printing services, such as gicleetoday.com (in the US) or digitalprintdesign.co.uk (in Europe) if you wish a professional result
